Good parenting
If you are a parent of a toddler, what is important is having the self-knowledge and self-confidence to lay down the limits of acceptable behavior, knowing that when you have thwarted you child his quest to swing from the curtain rail, he will still love you. The limit setting is an important aspect of good parenting, but not everyone agree on this. An essential element of good parent is a firm idea about what is acceptable behavior and the courage to defend those limits, whatever the cost.
